Enforcement Escalation

Following the opposing party’s failure to pay, and after the Court has imposed enforcement measures under Article 46, we will pursue all legally available enforcement actions, including travel-ban proceedings, asset tracing, follow-up on attached receivables, coordination with the Enforcement Court, and escalation to the Public Prosecution where applicable.

Bankruptcy Filing
