Cassation
- Prepare a cassation request under the applicable grounds and Supreme Court requirements.

- Filing and following an enforcement application within the agreed stage and scope.
Reconsideration
- Where required by the dispute path and subject to the availability of legal grounds, we prepare petitions for reconsideration. This feature is limited to extraordinary remedies only and does not include appeal, as appeal is an ordinary remedy covered under the core service.
Refund Claim
- Separate claim to recover legal costs for your benefit.
Enforcement Escalation
- Following the opposing party’s failure to pay, and after the Court has imposed enforcement measures under Article 46, we will pursue all legally available enforcement actions, including travel-ban proceedings, asset tracing, follow-up on attached receivables, coordination with the Enforcement Court, and escalation to the Public Prosecution where applicable.
Bankruptcy Filing
- We will file a bankruptcy application against the opposing party, in accordance with the Saudi Bankruptcy Law, where this route is legally available and strategically appropriate.
