1.The Authority shall maintain separate accounts and budgets for awqaf under its trusteeship or management, independent from the Authority’s accounts and budget.

§

2.The Authority shall maintain separate accounts for the awqaf of the Two Holy Mosques.

§

3.Funds of awqaf under the trusteeship or management of the Authority shall be deposited in separate accounts with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency or any licensed Saudi bank.
