An inventory of all university assets shall be made at least every two years by a committee appointed by the University President in order to match the existing assets with the asset register. The results are to be reported to the University President. With the exception of the above, when organizing university warehouses, the Rules and Procedures for Government Warehouses issued by the Minister of Finance’s Resolution No. 21/4201 dated 11/8/1403 H and any amendments made to it shall be applied.
